Erasmus+ Sicily

Sunday:
On Sunday evening we arrived at the airport. Our hosts picked us up there and we went to their
home. Then we had some dinner and talked about us and our hobbies.

Monday:
On Monday we were at school the whole day. We had lunch at a restaurant called “Kings”. After
that we took part in different workshops “Graphics”, “3D Printer”, “Robotics” and “Hamradio”. In
the Robotic workshop we made a race with small self-builded robotic cars. In the Graphiks workshop we created our own pictures with Photoshop and other programs.

Tuesday:
On Tuesday we had to get up earlier because we went to Naxos to see sights and the sea. We
had to wait for the teachers for a long time because they were late. We had lunch at the restaurant
“Da Angelina”.

Wednesday:
On Wednesday we made a trip to “Bacco Srl - Cesarò”. We visited a company, which produce
delicious food and sweets made of pistacchio. After we had some free time and we were able to enjoy the view of the mountains and the city. We saw a very pretty church.

Thursday:
On Thursday we wrote articles for the blog. In the afternoon we had a lot of free time and in
the evening there was a big party at school

Friday:
Friday was the departure day, so we had to go home and said good bye.

Conclusion:
All in all we had a lot of fun together and it was an interesting project.

On the top of Etna

Italy 2016

We arrived on the 6. Novembre in Catania. After we landed our host students picked us up at the airport. Today we all met to present each others presantation. When we finished this we had free time.
In this we listend to music, danced and flipped the bottles. After that we visited a computer room and began to wrote a blog.

On Tuesday the 8. Novembre we climbed up the Etna and walked inside a cave with an dead end. After we climbed down again we had dinner at the Etna.

On Wednesday the 9. Novembre we visited STMicroelectronics in Catania where we got a view how the microelectronics are made. We also tested some Prototypes and had a lot of fun. The presentations were a little bit boring and most of the people were very tired so it was hard to pay attention. After that we visited the beach and there we had a dinner. After the dinner some of us went swimming the others played Volleyball. In the evening we visited Catania in the early night we went home.

On Thursday the 10. Novembre we were at the school and started our Blogg. We also programmed a Lego Car and after that we had sport lessons where we played Flag Football and Volleyball. We also played a Volleyball tournament and in the evening we had a Farewell Dinner.

On Friday the 11. Novembre the german group met in the city and we had a delicious breakfast. At 12:30 pm we went to the airport and arrived at Amsterdam at 7:20 pm.

Our first day in Italy

We (4 Students and 2 Teachers) flyed from Amsterdam to Catania on 6.11.2016. Our host came to the airport and then we gone to their homes. 

We met the other students in a Café, where we ate ice cream. Then we played football.

On monday (07.11.2016) we presented our presentations and danced to the music.

On Wednesday (02.03.2016) we was ice swimming in a lake. Before we swam in the lake, we was in a sauna. That was very funny and cold. It was a nice experience.
